This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established team in Altrincham. You’ll step straight into a busy, high-quality caseload, taking over 70+ active files while working closely with a supportive group of fee-earners and secretaries across two thriving offices.

Who we’re looking for
- 3+ years’ PQE or equivalent experience in residential conveyancing
- Able to independently run a mixed caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Experience with high-quality and complex transactions
- Background in a high-street, regional or boutique firm
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent client-care skills
- Collaborative, friendly and adaptable
- Confident problem-solver with commercial awareness
- Interest in networking and business development (desired)
What you’ll be doing
- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Take over a departing fee-earner’s files with immediate support
- Handle sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Work closely with colleagues in both Stockport and Altrincham
- Deliver high-quality client service with a personal, relationship-based approach
- Contribute ideas to improve workflows and processes
- Engage in business development as the department expands
