A highly respected regional law firm is looking for a Senior Corporate Solicitor to take on a strategic leadership role within its corporate team. You’ll start as an Associate Director, sitting on the management team, with a clear path to Head of Department and Board-level involvement. There’s a solid caseload in place and backing from the wider firm to take the department to the next stage of its growth journey.

Who we’re looking for
- 5–8 PQE+ with experience across M&A and corporate advisory matters
- Background in a mid-sized or full-service firm preferred
- Strong business development credentials and desire to grow a department
- Leadership ability and interest in mentoring junior team members
- Willing to relocate or commute to Harrogate, York or Leeds (hybrid/flexible travel required)
Salary & benefits
- £90,000–£95,000 depending on experience
- Profit share bonus (up to 10% of billings above target, higher with a following)
- Five weeks’ annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with service)
