Senior Costs Advisor – Great salary – Progression opportunity – Hybrid working
Our client, an international, top-ranked firm, is looking for a Senior Costs Advisor to join its national, integrated Costs team at its Manchester office.
The firm is willing to bring a candidate on as a Senior member of the team, dependent on experience, and – as you’ll be joining an international firm with a large costs team spread across six different major UK offices – there will be plenty of opportunity for progression in the future too.
The role is also offering a top-of-market salary and full benefits package, along with one of the most flexible hybrid working policies out there, where the firm will be happy to explore your preferred working patterns as part of your application.
It is important to this firm that its team members feel valued and rewarded, which is why it lets you build your own benefits package to suit your needs and lifestyle. In addition to the firm’s standard benefits, such as medical insurance, life insurance, online GP, pension and 25 days annual leave, you can choose from extras such as gym memberships, retail vouchers and a buy as you earn share scheme.
In the role, you will take responsibility for a caseload of primarily litigated insurance costs work, which will be a mix of RTA, EL/PL and Disease cases, to include preparing points of dispute, replies, preparation of bills of costs, cost budgets and negotiations.
You’ll use the latest innovations and technology to carry out your work and play a part in delivering the future of legal services to your colleagues and the firm’s client base. You’ll have a voice in the role of the Costs team within the firm and really be able to put your stamp on things.
