A national law firm is looking for a Senior Costs Advisor to join its growing team in Greater Manchester to be part of its next exciting expansion phase, adding knowledge and expertise to the team.

The role comes with a fantastic salary and further scope for progression. The firm is growing its costs team substantially and they need someone to come in at senior level to deal with its highest value claims confidently while more junior members of the team develop their experience.

If you’re looking for more flexibility and homeworking, this role is fantastic, as it comes with the ability to work from home three days per week!

Assisting the Lead Costs Lawyer, you will assume responsibility for your own high value caseload, dealing with all aspects of drafting, negotiating and advocacy to ensure timely and profitable resolution of claims. You’ll be able to develop and execute your own resolution strategies on individual claims, whilst working within the broader resolution strategies of the firm.

The firm takes a “people first” approach, promoting a healthy work/life balance through a reduced-hours week (35 hours) and flexible/home working, so you’ll be able to fit your work around your personal commitments.
