What You’ll Do 

  • Be the go-to expert – Match the right lawyers with the right law firms, making sure both parties are set up for long-term success.
  • Build relationships with law firms – Pitch to and onboard new clients while staying top of mind with existing ones to ensure a steady flow of quality roles.
  • Engage with legal professionals – Reach out, have meaningful conversations, and guide lawyers through career moves that genuinely improve their lives.
  • Manage the recruitment process – From job qualification to final placement, ensure every step runs smoothly.
  • Work strategically – Balance short-term wins with long-term growth, using data and market insights to create lasting success.
  • Represent Realm – Uphold our reputation as a trusted legal talent consultancy that delivers real value to lawyers and law firms.
