This is an exciting opportunity for a private client solicitor/CILEX/legal executive with at least ten years’ experience to join a friendly Wills, Trusts and Probate team (within a full-service, multi-office firm) in Chester.

You be able to work from home two days per week, ‘dress for your day’ and make a head start on the weekend with a Friday early finish. Additional benefits include a health cash plan and attractive company pension scheme. 

In addition to joining the firm under a Senior title, you’ll have the opportunity to progress too: not only is the firm growing sustainably, giving its team members the scope to move up the career ladder, but the leadership team will also support you to pursue a STEP qualification, if this is something you do not already have. 

You will handle a varied caseload covering wills, the administration of estates, trusts and powers of attorney, but the firm is really looking for someone to come in and specialise in complex estates.  

You’ll get plenty of support on your files, as there is a sizeable team of paralegals and secretaries within the department.
