This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious Senior Private Client Solicitor to join a highly regarded, Legal 500-ranked team just outside Leeds. With a well-established pipeline, strong internal referrals and a
high-performing conveyancing team feeding work into the department, you’ll have the stability of a busy workload paired with the autonomy to modernise, shape and grow the offering.

Who we’re looking for
- 6+ years’ PQE in Private Client
- Strong experience across wills, LPAs, probate, estate administration
- Comfortable handling complex matters
- Background from a reputable regional, national or Legal 500-rated team
- Confident managing a full caseload autonomously
- Technically strong and quality-driven
- Appetite for BD and relationship-building
- Ambitious, forward-thinking and keen to drive improvements
- Collaborative, approachable and low-ego
What you’ll be doing
- Manage a full Private Client caseload from day one
- Deliver a high standard of client care
- Mentor junior and mid-level colleagues where needed
- Support BD and networking initiatives
- Identify opportunities to modernise processes and improve efficiencies
- Contribute to a collaborative, supportive team culture
- Help stabilise workflow during a period of growth and change
