At Realm, we understand that the legal recruitment and jobs market is going to be significantly affected by COVID-19. We also appreciate that the pandemic will have lasting implications in terms of the way the profession operates.
As such, we have set out to better understand what changes lie ahead and what they will mean for employee engagement, attraction and retention.
As part of our research, we launched two separate surveys in April 2020; one focused on the impact of COVID-19 on law firms as employers, and the other on lawyers as employees. In total we surveyed 150 lawyers, with our sample loosely representative of the overall make-up of the legal profession.
