Meet Chloe Whittaker

Chloe joined the Realm team as a Junior PA in February 2022. Since then, her role has evolved. Chloe now splits her time between being our Office Manager and a PA for our Managing Director Duane.

Chloe previously worked in an administrative role within the NHS. Since joining Realm she has built on her previous skillset and broadened her knowledge which has helped the wider team and allowed her to progress.

Chloe was recognised as our Employee of The Month within her first few months at Realm, and also won Newcomer of the Year 2022 at our end-of-year awards ceremony, the Realmies!

How would you describe yourself in 3 words?

Considerate, efficient and kind.

What’s been your proudest moment at Realm so far?

I’d say winning both my Employee of The Month/Newcomer of the Year 2022 awards as I appreciate my team members’ feedback a lot and it shows me how much my hard work makes a difference to them

Tell us about something you do day-to-day that helps match the right lawyers with the right law firms.

I support our consultants from the moment they join us at Realm. I help them to map out their market so that all the relevant law firms and lawyers in their chosen niche are on their radar and make sure our database is up to date.

I also format all CVs and other documents to showcase the skills, experience, and qualifications of legal professionals to the law firms we work with. Last but certainly not least, I help keep all of our store data GDPR compliant to ensure we are always working in an ethical way.

How do you unwind after a busy day at work?

Either cosying up on the sofa with my boyfriend watching a film/trash TV or going to see my family/pets for a catch-up.
