Jemma Davies
Junior Consultant - Litigation, North-West
Jemma is a Junior Consultant at Realm, specialising in the recruitment of litigation solicitors in the North West.
She joined Realm in September 2025 after spending three years as a fee earner in a law firm. This experience has given her a deep understanding of the legal profession, allowing her to relate to the lawyers in her network as she supports them in developing their litigation careers.
Jemma holds a 2:1 LLB degree and received a first-class mark for her dissertation on international human rights.
