Associate Consultant - Family, North West
Mel is an Associate Consultant at Realm, specialising in the recruitment of family lawyers in the North West.
She joined Realm in May 2025 after spending two years in recruitment and three years as a project manager in the pharmaceutical industry. This combination of experiences has helped her to develop strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Mel has completed the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) qualification and received the Employee of the Month award in her very first month at Realm!
