Head of Finance
Paula is our Head of Finance and is responsible for all financial processing and management
While she officially joined Realm in April 2023, she has been responsible for Realm’s finance function since the company was set up, as finance was originally outsourced to a related party. She’s really excited that Realm has reached the size so that she could transfer to Realm permanently (and we’re excited to have her!)
Paula is a Chartered Accountant who trained with and worked for Deloitte for 10 years. For the past 16 years, she worked as Head of Finance at Jefferies Solicitors and as a result, she knows just how important recruiting the right staff is for a law firm.

Helping to develop a suite of KPIs and management information to give the team accurate and timely information.
I go to the gym, go wild swimming, on dog walks and campervan trips. I also enjoy reading, knitting and crochet.
