We are delighted to have welcomed a new consultant to our specialist team and made three promotions as part of Realm’s continuing growth strategy.
Maggie Rugadza has joined our team as a recruiter specialising in commercial insurance roles. Like many of our consultants, Maggie has a legal background, having worked as a fee earner for several years at some of Manchester’s leading insurance law firms.
By focusing on a single legal practice area, our consultants gain an unrivalled depth of market expertise and develop long-lasting, trusted relationships with the lawyers working within their niche, due to their ability to provide wider careers and progression advice.
Realm’s new hire comes shortly after three members our team were promoted. Personal injury recruitment specialist Joseph Shenton has progressed from Senior Consultant to Principal Consultant; Office Manager Rebecca Hopwood is now Support Team Lead and Principal Consultant Kelly Reid has been promoted to Private Client Team Lead.
There was more good news for Realm at the end of June, when it was announced we have been shortlisted for Best Professional Services Recruitment Agency at the national Recruiter Awards, for our refreshing approach to helping law firms grow sustainably. We are proud to be the only Northern agency to be shortlisted in our category.
