How do you usually start your working day?
With a really good coffee and a gossip!!
At what age did you decide that the law was for you?
I really hate to admit this but in the 80s - LA Law was so glamorous.
What’s been the proudest moment of your career so far?
I acted for a lady and her child and about 10 years later bumped into them in a supermarket - both were crying telling me the positive impact I had on their lives.
Every recommendation from a previous client makes me proud.
Who’s the biggest inspiration in your career?
My old senior partners – John Spittle and Norman Banner – both taught me that being nice makes you far more successful
What’s the most interesting case you’ve worked on?
Too many to mention - I often think I should write a memoir
What advice would you give to someone just starting in the law?
You have to love it! Make sure you surround yourself with positive great lawyers
What’s your go-to work from home snack?
