Assistant Office Manager
- £27,000–£35,000 with scope to consider a higher salary for someone bringing more senior experience
- Genuine opportunity to develop towards taking over the Office Manager role in the future
- Build broad experience across operations, HR, IT, compliance and facilities within a professional legal environment
If you’ve built experience within a law firm or another regulated professional services environment and are ready for broader responsibility, this Manchester-based role offers a genuine step forward.
You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager and Managing Partner, getting involved across many of the areas that keep the firm running effectively – from HR and compliance to IT, reporting, facilities and general operations.
It’s a varied position, so you’ll need to be comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting for instructions at every stage. In return, you’ll gain an unusually broad understanding of law firm operations and the opportunity to gradually take on greater responsibility.
Longer term, the firm would like this person to develop towards Office Manager level, making this particularly well suited to someone looking for more than their next administrative role.
