Who we’re looking for
- A care solicitor with at least 2 years’ experience running their own files
- Comfortable with doing their own advocacy
- Experience in private children matters
- Familiarity with farming or rural cases
- Child Panel membership
- A natural team player who enjoys mentoring juniors and getting stuck into firm-wide initiatives
What you’ll be doing
- Taking over a full caseload of predominantly care matters
- Supervising and supporting two paralegals, both on track for training contracts
- Contributing to internal projects, from shaping the firm’s culture to input on marketing and LinkedIn activity
- Collaborating closely with support staff, trainees, and other solicitors
- Playing an active role in the continued development of a respected, growing department
