Care Solicitor

Apply now
  • Up to £65,000–£70,000 at the top end, with level determined by the experience and following you bring
  • Just 2 office days per week – and days spent at court count towards your office attendance
  • 30 days’ holiday, birthday off, Christmas shutdown and flexibility around school runs and part-time working

If you’re a Care Solicitor with an established guardian following and want greater flexibility without compromising on the strength of the team around you, this Liverpool opportunity is worth exploring.

You’ll join a highly experienced city-centre family practice with a strong reputation for complex family law. The team includes several Directors alongside senior and junior solicitors, with each supervisor working closely with their own smaller team and every solicitor supported by one or two clerks.

The firm is open-minded about PQE. What matters more is the strength of your care experience and the guardian relationships you’ve developed. You’ll have autonomy over your work while always having access to senior colleagues for support.

There’s significant flexibility too. You’ll typically spend two days per week in the office, with court attendance counting towards this, and the team coordinates its days so senior support is always available. Flexible start and finish times are encouraged where needed, and the firm will consider four-day or potentially three-day working arrangements.
