We’re looking for a compassionate and detail-focused Fee Earner to join a Catastrophic Injury team in Salford. This is a chance to work for a firm with a real mission — helping clients and their families rebuild their lives following serious personal injuries.
You’ll handle a small caseload under close supervision, working alongside senior lawyers and medical professionals to secure life-changing outcomes for those impacted by serious injury, clinical negligence, and industrial disease.
Who we’re looking for
- Organised and able to independently manage 15–20 files
- Working knowledge of personal injury law and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and case management ability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Empathetic, client-focused mindset
- Proficient in legal research and software tools
- Driving license preferred
- Understanding of GDPR and AML compliance
- Enthusiasm for personal growth and continuous learning
