  • Potentially stepping into a leadership role within the team

Within your first 6 months, you’ll step into an existing caseload and provide stability during a key period for the department. By 12 months, you’ll be fully embedded within the team and helping shape the future direction of the litigation practice.

  • Competitive salary depending on experience
  • Annual profit share bonus
  • Enhanced pension scheme

  • Realistic guideline of 4 chargeable hours per day
  • Strong admin and paralegal support to maximise fee-earning time
  • Investment in AI-led case management and legal technology

This is a supportive, collaborative firm with a strong reputation for client care and long-term client relationships. With a high rate of returning clients and continued growth plans, the litigation team offers a genuine opportunity to shape a department and progress quickly.
