Commercial Litigation Solicitor
- Promotion to Associate in max. 18 months
- Investment in you – mentorship and commercial skills programmes
- Global, growing team – be part of something amazing and rapidly accelerate your career

- Exceptional city centre office space
A rapidly growing legal group is recruiting for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 2-3 PQE to join its growing team in Manchester.
It’s a really exciting time to join the firm, as it’s just also relocated to a new high-spec office in Spinningfields, sharing a building with other Top 100 law firms.
The role comes with a favourable salary and great flexibility, as you’ll be able to work from home for part of your week. However, above all, the wow factor with this opportunity comes down to the progression routes and support you’ll be given to achieve your career goals – including a promotion to Associate planned for you in just 18 months.
Firstly, the firm has PLENTY of work coming in via its impressive existing client base, strong business development strategy and referrals from the other professional service businesses within the group (which naturally have an invested interest in keeping the work within the family!).
Secondly, the development support on offer is unrivalled. Amongst other things, you will gain access to internal and external mentorship, and an award-winning external legal training programme focussed on commercial skills to accelerate your progression through Associate to Partner.
Working for a global professional services group, you’ll also have the opportunity to work in different countries in the future, including sabbaticals, secondments and working holidays, if you should wish to.
While you’ll work closely alongside other members of the team (several of whom cut high-profile figures, nationally), you’ll still have lots of autonomy, as you handle a broad spectrum of commercial litigation work. You’ll enjoy achievable targets and a discretionary bonus when it you hit them.
