Are you a recently qualified solicitor with experience in clinical negligence or high-value personal injury work, ready to build your career in a values-led firm?
McHale & Co is seeking a 1–4 PQE Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their team. You’ll step into a varied caseload, with excellent support from three senior lawyers and a collaborative, well-established personal injury department. This is an ideal role for someone who’s confident managing their own cases but wants space to grow under expert guidance.
Who we’re looking for
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1–4 years’ PQE
- Previous experience in clinical negligence or high-value PI essential
- Experience managing your own caseload, even if limited in scope
- Confident handling pre-action protocol processes and client care
- Empathetic, proactive, and a true team player
Salary & Benefits
- Up to £45,000 (depending on experience)
- 1 day WFH per week
- Core hours 9–5 with flexibility as needed
