Clinical Negligence Solicitor
- Employee-owned firm, profit share and a real say in how the team grows
- Manage a varied clinical negligence caseload with genuine autonomy
- Be part of building a growing department, not just maintaining one
If you’re at the stage where you want more influence over your work, not just your caseload, but the direction of the team, this role gives you that platform.
You’ll join a developing clinical negligence offering where your input genuinely matters. From day one, you’ll run your own caseload of around 30–40 files, covering a broad mix of medical negligence matters. Alongside this, you’ll play a visible role in how the department evolves, contributing ideas, shaping processes, and helping grow the client base.
In the first few months, the focus is on getting settled and building relationships with clients and colleagues. Over time, you’ll take on more responsibility, both in terms of your caseload and your contribution to the wider team. There’s a clear expectation that you’ll help drive the department forward, whether through business development, improving workflows, or mentoring others.
The culture is open, collaborative and refreshingly non-corporate. As an employee-owned business, people are encouraged to contribute ideas and take ownership of their work. It’s a place where your voice carries weight, and where the success of the firm is shared.
