Due to continued growth and expansion, this highly regarded Clinical Negligence team is looking to recruit talented Clinical Negligence Solicitors at both junior and senior levels to join its thriving Cheshire office.
The team handles a broad range of complex and high-value medical negligence matters, acting for clients who have suffered serious and life-changing injuries.
You’ll work on high-quality multi-track cases involving surgical negligence, delayed diagnosis, birth injuries, brain injuries and fatal claims, helping clients secure the compensation and support they need to rebuild their lives.

Who we’re looking for
- Grade A Clinical Negligence Solicitor
- Proven experience in Clinical Negligence work
- Strong litigation and client care skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing deadlines and working in a paperless environment
- Team-focused and collaborative approach
- Commercially aware with strong professional standards
- Candidates from Legal 500 or recognised specialist backgrounds are particularly encouraged to apply
- Comfortable supervising and supporting paralegals
What you’ll be doing
- Managing and assisting on mixed caseloads of multi-track clinical negligence matters
- Investigating potential clinical negligence claims
- Reviewing medical records and expert evidence
- Advising clients on complex and sensitive legal matters
- Handling claims involving misdiagnosis, surgical negligence, delayed treatment, birth injuries and catastrophic injury cases
- Securing compensation for clients following negligent treatment
- Working closely with Counsel, experts and medical professionals
- Providing empathetic, strategic and practical legal guidance throughout the claims process
- Supervising junior team members and paralegals where appropriate
