Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a solicitor with:

  • Experience leading or managing a clinical negligence team.
  • A strong track record in running a variety of clinical negligence cases.
  • The ability to motivate, coach, and support team members.
  • A commercial mindset, with an understanding of how to drive team performance.
  • Excellent client care skills and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
  • Tech-savvy—able to use legal technology to enhance efficiency and case management.
