Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a solicitor with:
- Experience leading or managing a clinical negligence team.
- A strong track record in running a variety of clinical negligence cases.
- The ability to motivate, coach, and support team members.
- A commercial mindset, with an understanding of how to drive team performance.
- Excellent client care skills and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
- Tech-savvy—able to use legal technology to enhance efficiency and case management.
