The Commercial Lawyer will be instrumental in supporting clients using industry knowledge, legal skills and an understanding of the client’s business environment to deliver advice and optimal outcomes. You’ll have the freedom to foster deep relationships with your clients, carving out bespoke solutions in line with their needs.

You, as the successful candidate, will be a qualified lawyer with 3-5 years’ PQE. Your strong commercial awareness, combined with experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, will be invaluable. Your ability to adapt to technology for drafting documents, reviewing, and managing matters will be essential. Experience in data protection, contract repapering or harmonisation projects, and the financial industry would be advantageous.
