We are delighted to bring to the market this exclusive opportunity for an ambitious and successful litigator with three to five years’ PQE to join an exciting disputes resolution boutique in Staffordshire.  

This is a fantastic opportunity to get to grips with the idea of a fee-share model law firm, without having to take this leap yet. You won’t need to bring with you a client following; taking advantage of the firm’s extensive roster of contacts, you’ll have the chance to build your own brand within the local market ahead of becoming a fee-share lawyer later down the line.  

The number of lawyers working at a fee-share model firm has increased by 45% in three years and it is predicted that 20% of lawyers will be working under this model in five years. Such a model offers lawyers much more control over their pay, working hours and –ultimately – their career. 

In joining this firm, you’ll move away from the structure and politics of a traditional law firm and have autonomy over how and when you work (you’ll be able to work from home for most of the week).  

You will also benefit from a generous performance-related bonus, no targets and a highly competitive salary. 

In the role, you’ll work as part of a highly specialised, growing team of experts and advise on high-quality, complex, commercial and civil disputes across multiple sectors, including High Court proceedings.   

You’ll work directly for a highly successful fee-share lawyer with over 20 years’ experience and lots of contacts in the Cheshire/Staffordshire areas, and under their tutelage can build a significant profile and network of your own.
