An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation / Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a thriving commercial boutique in Manchester.

You’ll join a dynamic team known for its collegiate approach, where partners are hands-on and fee earners are trusted to work autonomously without micromanagement. There’s no red tape here, just a clear path for ambitious lawyers looking to take their career to the next level.

Who we’re looking for

• Qualified solicitor with 2–5+ PQE or 6+ PQE in commercial litigation
• Background in shareholder, boardroom, contractual or construction disputes
• Experience handling cases valued £100k+ independently
• Comfortable working with regional and national clients
• Personable, enthusiastic, commercially savvy, and ambitious to grow with the team
• Likes networking and building client relationships, a natural rapport builder

What you’ll be doing

• Handling high-value and complex commercial litigation matters
• Acting for well-known brands in shareholder, contract and boardroom disputes
• Running cases from inception to resolution, often against national top-tier firms
• Supporting a Partner and two experienced solicitors, as well as mentoring paralegals
• Helping build the profile of the team and contribute to BD if desired
