Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Apply now
  • Complex commercial disputes from day one, including shareholder disputes and regulatory litigation
  • Clear progression pathway with support to develop
  • High-quality work without City pressure, plus hybrid flexibility and strong Partner support

Some commercial litigation roles keep you on low-level debt recovery for years before you get exposure to anything more complex.

This team takes a different approach.

You’ll work closely with experienced litigators from day one, supporting on a broad range of disputes including shareholder and director disputes, restrictive covenants, regulatory litigation and large-scale multi-party matters. Alongside this, you’ll begin building your own caseload of contested debt recovery and straightforward contractual disputes.

The team works in smaller teams, giving junior lawyers far more involvement in strategy, drafting, client contact and court work than you’d typically expect at this level. You’ll be supported properly too, with weekly team meetings, regular 1:1s and an open-door culture.

It’s a collaborative, down-to-earth environment where people are encouraged to get involved, ask questions and develop quickly, without being thrown in at the deep end.
