Are you an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor looking for greater autonomy, quality disputes and the opportunity to influence a growing department?

This established regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team and play a key role in its continued development.

You’ll manage a varied caseload of complex commercial disputes, working independently on matters involving regional and national firms.

The litigation department has grown from approximately £300,000 to £800,000 in annual turnover, with ambitions to exceed £1 million. You’ll join at an exciting stage, strengthening the team’s senior capability and contributing to future growth.

This is more than a fee-earning role. You’ll build professional relationships, develop new work and have the opportunity to take a leading role in expanding the firm’s litigation offering.

For the right candidate, Directorship could be available immediately, with a genuine longer-term pathway towards Shareholder status.

Who we’re looking for

• Qualified Solicitor with strong Commercial Litigation experience (E)
• Ability to manage commercial disputes independently (E)
• Confidence handling complex litigation matters (E)
• Strong technical dispute resolution skills (E)
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills (E)
• Commercial awareness and organisational ability (E)
• Willingness to contribute to business development (E)
• Collaborative, approachable and service-focused attitude (E)
• Ideally 8+ years’ PQE (D)
• Background in a regional or mid-tier commercial practice (D)
• Experience handling high-quality commercial disputes (D)
• Established professional or referral relationships (D)
• Track record of generating work or developing referrals (D)
