Commercial Property Paralegal
Hot Job
- Join a growing Commercial Property team where you’ll bridge the gap between legal assistant and solicitor, developing both your technical and legal skills
- Hybrid working after probation with access to Happy Hours, genuine progression opportunities and a friendly, down-to-earth culture
- Build a long-term career within a firm that invests in its people, not just its growth
If you’re looking for a Commercial Property Paralegal role where you can develop your technical expertise while being trusted with meaningful responsibility, this is an opportunity to become an integral part of a growing team.
You’ll work closely with a solicitor and legal assistant in a dedicated pod, acting as the link between the two. That means combining higher-level administrative support with technical legal work, helping to progress transactions smoothly while developing your own knowledge and experience along the way.
From the outset, you’ll become involved in a varied range of Commercial Property matters, supporting fee earners with transactions, preparing documentation, liaising with clients and keeping matters moving efficiently. As your confidence grows, you’ll take on increasing responsibility and become a key part of the team’s success.
This is a firm that believes progression should be earned and supported. Appraisals aren’t treated as a tick-box exercise; they’re genuine conversations about where you want your career to go and what support you’ll need to get there.
The culture is one of the biggest reasons people stay. Hierarchy is kept to a minimum, colleagues genuinely enjoy spending time together. Directors remain approachable, people are trusted to do their jobs well and success is recognised, with members of the team receiving external industry recognition for their achievements. It’s a collaborative environment where everyone is invested in helping each other succeed.
