This unique opportunity is for a Commercial Property Paralegal, seeking to contribute to a fast-growing team in an award-winning firm based in Leeds. You will ideally be able to base yourself in Harrogate with some of your office time spent in Leeds. You’ll be handling a varied caseload centred on Landlord and Tenant work while having the chance to develop your career under the guidance of experienced law professionals.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a minimum of six months’ commercial property experience, ideally with specific expertise in Landlord and Tenant cases, such as reviewing leases and lease assignments. A background in a similar scope professional environment is desirable with emphasis placed on your individual drive and ambition.
