We’re looking for a Commercial Property Senior Associate Solicitor to join a highly regarded firm in Wigan.
You’ll be working closely with one of the firm’s Managing Partners, gaining exposure to a wide variety of high-quality work and the support to progress to partnership level.

Who we’re looking for
- Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ PQE
- Broad experience across landlord & tenant, acquisitions & disposals, development, commercial leases and property finance
- Background in either a national or high street firm
- Entrepreneurial and proactive, with a strong commercial outlook
- Experience in mentoring or supervising junior colleagues
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a mixed caseload of commercial property matters
- Working closely with a Managing Partner on high-quality client instructions
- Advising on landlord & tenant, acquisitions & disposals, development, commercial leases and property finance transactions
- Building relationships and taking an active role in business development
- Providing support, mentoring and supervision to junior colleagues
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Circa £65,000 DOE (based on one third of billings)
- Bonus: Departmental profit share (negotiated individually)
