This is a fantastic opportunity for a 1–2 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established regional heavyweight in Bury.
Work is already strong, and they are realistic that you’ll build into a full caseload over your first year.

Who we’re looking for
- 1–2 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor
- NQs considered only if they have strong prior commercial property experience
- Ability to run matters with appropriate supervision
- Experience across a broad range of lower to mid-market commercial property matters
- Interest in real estate finance (Desired)
- Comfortable attending local networking events (Desired)
- Down to earth, energetic and ready to get stuck in
What you’ll be doing
- Running a mixed commercial property caseload
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals, leases and general landlord & tenant matters
- Supporting on real estate finance transactions
- Building up to consistent billings
- Attending local networking and business development events
- Contributing to the team’s long-term growth plan
