This is a fantastic opportunity for a 1–2 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established regional heavyweight in Bury.

Work is already strong, and they are realistic that you’ll build into a full caseload over your first year.

Who we’re looking for

• 1–2 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor
• NQs considered only if they have strong prior commercial property experience
• Ability to run matters with appropriate supervision
• Experience across a broad range of lower to mid-market commercial property matters
• Interest in real estate finance (Desired)
• Comfortable attending local networking events (Desired)
• Down to earth, energetic and ready to get stuck in

What you’ll be doing

• Running a mixed commercial property caseload
• Advising on acquisitions and disposals, leases and general landlord & tenant matters
• Supporting on real estate finance transactions
• Building up to consistent billings
• Attending local networking and business development events
• Contributing to the team’s long-term growth plan
