You’ll handle a fully mixed conveyancing caseload, benefit from centralised admin support, and be part of a close-knit and down-to-earth team who are committed to doing things properly.
Over the next two years, you’ll be supported to expand your caseload to include more complex work, mentor junior colleagues, and, if you wish, take on new business development responsibilities.
Who we’re looking for
- Qualified Solicitor, CLC or CILEX
- Minimum 2 years’ PQE ideally, but NQs with strong experience will be considered
- Able to run a caseload independently from instruction to completion
- LEAP case management experience
- Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Personable, proactive, and open to feedback
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a fully mixed residential property caseload
- Handling 10–15 new instructions per month
- Targeting 20 completions per month over time
- Using centralised teams for pre/post-completion admin
- Supporting junior colleagues and contributing to a positive team culture
- Getting involved in business development (optional)
Salary & Benefits
- £35,000–£42,000 depending on experience
