This is your chance to work closely with industry leaders in a Legal 500 Tier 2 team specialising in high-value real estate transactions across development, investment, and infrastructure. You’ll inherit strong client relationships, build your own portfolio, and be supported on a clear path toward partnership.

Who we’re looking for

• 6+ PQE in Commercial Real Estate
• Strong track record in investment, development, and landlord/tenant matters
• Able to manage complex deals with minimal supervision
• Excellent commercial awareness and ability to align legal advice with client goals
• Exposure to infrastructure, telecoms, leisure, or renewables work (Desired)
• Confident building client relationships and involved in BD (Desired)
• Familiarity with North West market or local networks (Desired)

What you’ll be doing

• Manage a high-quality, varied caseload across commercial real estate sectors
• Handle transactions from instruction to completion
• Work on deals across logistics, strategic land, leisure, telecoms, and renewables
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute to business development and networking
• Support junior team members and help grow the sub-team
