You’ll work within a dedicated pod alongside a paralegal and legal assistant, giving you the support you need to focus on fee-earning while remaining closely connected to your team. Collaboration is at the heart of how the department operates, with colleagues regularly sharing knowledge, supporting one another and celebrating success together.

Who we’re looking for
- Commercial Property Solicitor
- Experience managing a Commercial Property caseload (Essential)
- Strong technical knowledge across Commercial Property transactions
- Excellent client care and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and sound judgement
- Ability to manage matters efficiently and independently
- Collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to the wider success of the team
- Someone looking to build a long-term career within a growing firm
What you’ll be doing
- Managing your own Commercial Property caseload
- Advising clients on a broad range of Commercial Property transactions
- Delivering high-quality technical advice and client service
- Working closely with your dedicated paralegal and legal assistant
- Collaborating with colleagues across the wider Property team
- Contributing to the continued growth of the department
- Building strong client relationships and maintaining excellent standards of file management
- Supporting junior colleagues where appropriate as your career develops
