Consultant – Trusts and Probate

Apply now

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced private client lawyer to join this established, owner-managed firm with a multi-million-pound turnover as a consultant specialising in trusts and probate.

The ideal candidate might be a private client lawyer with an established career looking to maintain or increase their earning potential without any having to partake in any business development or people management, enabling them to focus purely on legal work; or a lawyer who is already self-employed but is looking for a stable basic income and secure caseload.

As you become more established within the firm, there will also be an opportunity to take a sizeable profit share (on top of your other income) without having to invest any of your own capital.

The firm has grown its presence in the market so successfully over the years that it now has more work than it can handle, so you’d enjoy an immediate and sustained caseload that you wouldn’t have to generate yourself.

This role would also enable you to enjoy an improved work/life balance than you might find working in-practice, as you’d be contracted to work a steady 9-5 without any expectation of working outside of those hours.

You will have access to a team of experienced paralegals to support you with cases, and the firm would also cover expenses and the cost of training or qualifications you wish to undertake or update.

The firm has a down-to-earth, yet dynamic and commercial management team who will value your expertise and welcome your voice and opinions.
