We’re looking for a Contentious Probate Paralegal to join a leading specialist team in Manchester.

Who we’re looking for

• Paralegal with contentious probate experience
• Able to commit to at least 3 days per week in the office
• Strong attention to detail and good drafting skills
• Organised and self-motivated with excellent client-care skills
• Team player with a collaborative approach

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting solicitors and associates on a caseload of contentious probate matters
• Drafting correspondence and legal documents
• Preparing bundles and assisting with hearings
• Liaising with clients, counsel and third parties
• Helping drive cases forward and ensuring deadlines are met

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: £20,000–£30,000 DOE
• Hours: Full time (35 hours), part time considered
• Flexible working: Hybrid, with at least 3 office days per week
• Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays, plus the option to buy additional leave
