A full-service law firm with a great reputation across South Yorkshire and Derbyshire is looking for a Contentious Probate Solicitor with at least eight years PQE to join its successful and growing team as a Partner.
As well as receiving a top-of-market salary, you’ll be able to work from home four days per week and will have flexibility when it comes to your working hours. While this is a salaried role, there may be the possibility of equity in the future.
The team is highly regarded and award-winning with lawyers at all levels, and covers the full spectrum of inheritance disputes, executor disputes and will validity.
As well as handling a varied contentious probate caseload, you’ll support younger and less experienced members of the team. You’ll also work closely alongside a Legal 500 Leading Individual and will collaborate with colleagues in the wider wills and probate department.
