This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected national law firm as a Costs Draftsperson, working within the personal injury department.  

In the role, you will undertake a variety of costs work including drafting bills of costs, replies, points of dispute, costs budgets, negotiations and advice for personal injury, clinical negligence, court of protection, commercial and solicitor/client matters.    

The right candidate will either be qualified OR have at least four years’ experience within a non-qualified costs role and must have experience in drafting bills of costs and negotiating costs in personal injury work.

The firm runs a clear and transparent annual promotion scheme, which is open to all. 

Team members get a minimum of 25 days’ annual leave, plus office closure between Christmas and New Year and an additional two days per year to do charitable work.
