An opportunity has emerged for a Costs Draftsperson to join a highly respected, award-winning law firm in Wigan.

In this role, you’ll bolster the firm’s costs department by efficiently handling paying-party costs, disputes, negotiations, and court assessments. Your contribution will positively impact the strategic direction and establish the firm among Wigan’s elite. Your focus will be to enable client claims for payment and prepare the necessary documentation, working collaboratively in a small team setting.

You’ll need to bring extensive cost drafting experience, preferably over 3+ years, with proficiency in drafting Bills/Schedules and cost issues research. Experience with clients/obtaining instructions and utilising CostsMaster drafting software will be advantageous.
