A highly respected and dynamic Yorkshire law firm is looking for a Court of Protection Lawyer to join its well-established team in York.

Whether you’re a solicitor, legal executive or fee-earner or paralegal – as long as you can hit the ground running with a varied Court of Protection caseload, there’s no minimum requirement in terms of years of experience for this role.

Day-to-day, you’ll handle mainly property and finance work but will also have the chance to deal with some health and welfare matters if you wish to develop your expertise in this area.

You’ll have plenty of room to progress as the firm will invest in your development from day one, setting you up for a fantastic career in Court of Protection.
