As a Court of Protection Solicitor, you will be instrumental in managing property and affairs deputyships, liaising with a range of professionals and attending clients in a wide array of settings. You’ll need previous experience in Court of Protection or similar legal roles, the ability to work with vulnerable individuals and process sensitive matters with discretion.
