The role involves managing your own caseload of approximately 20-25 cases, with all work coming from clinical negligence and brain injury cases. You will be supported by a paralegal and training from the experienced Head of the Court of Protection. To excel in this role, you should be a driven NQ-4 PQE Court of Protection Solicitor with solid experience of handling your own Court of Protection caseload. You will receive support from the professional team, but you should bring a good degree of pre-qualification Court Of Protection experience.
