Are you a tenacious litigator with experience in employers’ liability claims? This is your chance to join one of the UK’s leading personal injury firms, handling high-quality EL fast track work in a supportive and ambitious team.
You’ll manage your own caseload of predominantly pre- and post-issue fast-track employers’ liability matters, backed by a positive working culture, great supervision, and an extensive range of benefits.
Who we’re looking for
- 1+ PQE Solicitor / CILEX / or qualified by experience
- Proven billing record handling a litigated EL caseload
- Strong working knowledge of the Portal, CPR, and litigation process
- Confident running cases from inception to trial or disposal hearing
- Tenacious, proactive, and committed to achieving the best outcomes for clients
- Experience using Proclaim case management system preferred
