This is a fantastic opportunity for an EL Fee Earner to join a Legal 500 recognised personal injury team at a firm that’s continuing to grow despite wider market challenges.

Who we’re looking for
- At least 1 year PQE, CILEx, or equivalent experience – qualification less important than tenacity and ability
- Proven billing track record of handling a litigated caseload
- Experience managing pre- and post-issue fast-track EL claims
- Strong knowledge of CPR, MOJ protocol and litigation process
- Experience of the portal and running litigated files to trial/disposal
- Familiarity with Proclaim case management system
- Committed, organised and target-driven while maintaining excellent client care
What you’ll be doing
- Manage your own caseload of fast-track EL matters, predominately pre- and post-issue claims
- Handle a mixture of liability admitted and disputed cases
- Ensure compliance with CPR, SRA and court directions
- Maintain efficient, proactive case progression and regular client updates
- Negotiate settlements and achieve the best possible outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
