A market leader in serious injury, specialising in claims of the utmost severity, is looking for a Catastrophic Injury Lawyer to join its growing Legal 500 team.

The opportunity comes with true scope for career development and bags of flexibility, as you’ll be able to work from home for three days per week.

The firm is recognised as a true leader in its field, has been listed in The Times Top Law Firms list for the last five years running and secures over £100m per year in damages for its clients. It is ranked highly in Legal 500 and Chamber & Partners, and many of its lawyers are individually recognised.

The role has come around due to continued organic expansion and the success of the firm in growing its caseload of high-value, complex cases.

You’ll get exposure to the highest quality of work and gain experience on claims of significant value, representing claimants and their families following traumatic brain, spinal cord or amputation injuries – effectively helping people rebuild their lives.

You’ll be providing support to, and learning from, the Senior Solicitors in the team, drafting legal documents, attending court and acting as the first point-of-contact for clients, their families and third parties.

You’ll be provided with support and guidance through regular supervision meetings, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about building a career within catastrophic injury.

You’ll either be a newly qualified solicitor looking for their first break into a successful career in serious injury or already have some years of experience under your belt. Either way, you will have some knowledge or exposure to catastrophic/serious injury cases.
