A national, specialist serious injury law firm is looking for an EL/PL fee earner to join its highly regarded team in Manchester city centre.

The role comes withs fantastic flexibility, as you’ll be able to work from home three days per week (which is above the market average for personal injury teams).

You’ll handle high quality pre and post litigation EL/PL cases, working to court deadlines, and liaising and reporting to insurers.

The firm is a market leader in serious injury claims and has attracted several recent awards and accreditations for its work, including the Modern Claims Awards 2023 and Manchester Legal Awards 2023.

It runs a transparent promotions pathway each year, which is open to all. The firm is also pioneering in its efforts to improve equality, diversity and inclusion in the legal sector and has established several sector-wide initiatives and groups in order to lead the way.

You will also have the opportunity to access funding to take further qualifications (e.g. CILEX) and improve your prospects.

The firm will consider candidates with varying levels of litigation experience, but previous experience of running an EL/PL caseload within a legal practice and good working knowledge of the CPR and JC guidelines is essential.
