- Uncapped progression – promotion scheme is open to all
- Legal 500 team – work with the best at what they do
- Hybrid working
This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior Employment Solicitor to join a Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners-recognised team.
In this role, you’ll work collaboratively on an interesting and varied caseload on behalf of an impressive client base including HNW individuals and household name businesses. You’ll learn from the very best, as you’ll work closely alongside Partners, some of whom are noted in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.
You’ll also be able to progress quickly, as the firm also runs a clear and transparent annual promotion scheme, which is open to all – so no more waiting patiently for your manager to recognise and reward your contributions.
You’ll have lots of opportunities to grow your profile as an employment specialist and get stuck in with business development and networking (although this is not essential).
This full-service, Top 100 firm has offices nationally. It is accredited by Investors in People and has been named as one of The Sunday Times’ Best Companies to Work For – and it’s easy to see why.
Team members get a minimum of 25 days’ annual leave, plus office closure between Christmas and New Year and an additional two days per year to do charitable work. You’ll also be able to split your time between home and the office because of the firm’s hybrid working policy.
The firm has an active social calendar, including regular team and firmwide events, and sports clubs, so you’ll get to know your new colleagues and feel part of the team quickly.
