Family Solicitor 0-3 PQE – Employee-owned – Tax-free quarterly bonus – Hybrid working – No targets
We are recruiting a family solicitor with up to three years’ PQE for a multi-site, leading family law boutique.
You will join the team in the firm’s Whitefield office, which is easily accessible from across Greater Manchester, being situated close to the local Metrolink station and M60 motorway.
The firm was one of the first law firms to become employee-owned, which means team members get a say in the direction of the business while taking a quarterly tax-free bonus based on performance. This rare business model also nurtures an extremely friendly and supportive work environment.
You’ll be able to work from home two days a week, spending the other three days at the firm’s offices in Whitefield, and benefit from additional flexitime.
You will specialise in private paying family work, particularly matrimonial finance, with some private children work too.
You will be running your own caseload, as well as assisting a Director and a Senior Solicitor with higher value, more complex matrimonial and children cases, international work, pre-and post-nuptial agreements, Schedule 1 claims and cohabitee disputes – so you’ll be able to learn directly from experienced lawyers and develop your commercial and technical expertise faster than your peers.
You’ll also benefit from having no formal billing targets, which means you’ll be able to focus on honing your skills and providing the best legal advice to your clients.
