Family Solicitor

Apply now
  • Step into one of Manchester’s best-known family teams and elevate the quality of work you handle
  • Progress through a clear career framework with genuine opportunities to move up
  • Hybrid working, excellent support and a collaborative culture where people rarely leave

Moving firms should open doors, not simply give you a different desk.

This Manchester-based opportunity is ideal for a family solicitor who wants to work on higher-quality matters while continuing to develop alongside one of the city’s most respected teams. You’ll inherit an existing caseload from day one, with exposure to everything from divorce and financial remedy through to child arrangements, pre and post-nuptial agreements and increasingly complex HNW work.

You’ll quickly become part of a supportive team with plenty of administrative and paralegal support, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent outcomes for clients. As your experience grows, so will the complexity of your work, your profile within the team and your opportunities to progress through a structured promotion framework.

The culture is ambitious without being political. People are encouraged to share ideas, support one another and build long-term careers, which is reflected in the team’s excellent retention. For lawyers coming from smaller regional or high street firms, this offers an excellent platform to step into a stronger quality of work without sacrificing work-life balance.
