This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a family solicitor to join a friendly, long-established firm in Greater Manchester with a strong reputation and genuine plans for team growth.

You’ll be working closely with the current Head of Family, who is planning to retire and wants to do the right thing by staying on to support your development, get you settled in, and ensure a smooth transition of the caseload. Whether you’re already an experienced solicitor looking for your next leadership role, or you’re ready to take that next step, you’ll receive all the backing you need to succeed.

Who we’re looking for

• A family solicitor with experience in privately funded divorce and finance
• Someone confident managing a caseload independently (with support available if needed)
• A friendly, enthusiastic team player who’s keen to help grow and shape a department
• Open to doing the hands-on, local business development work that makes a difference

Salary & Benefits

• Open to all levels of experience – salary dependent on PQE
• Flexibility to be based at either the Burnage or Heaton Moor office
