Family Solicitor
- Work on high value family matters from an early stage, not years down the line
- Collaborative, non-hierarchical team where high-quality work is shared, not guarded
- Clear progression, full admin support and a realistic route to building your own reputation
This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Solicitor who wants exposure to genuinely high-quality work without the rigid hierarchy or corporate culture that often comes with it.
Based across Cheshire, you’ll join a close-knit specialist family team handling a broad mix of private children, divorce and finance matters, including complex HNW and UHNW cases. The team is seeing a significant increase in private children work, creating a real opportunity for someone who wants to build expertise and profile in this area while still maintaining a varied caseload.
From the outset, you’ll run your own files while supporting senior lawyers on larger and more complex matters. Unlike many firms where premium work stays firmly at partner level, this team works collaboratively, meaning you’ll gain meaningful exposure to high-value cases much earlier than you typically would elsewhere.
The culture is one of the biggest selling points. The environment is down-to-earth, supportive and genuinely team-focused, with no egos or overly corporate personalities. People work closely together on cases, share ideas openly and support each other professionally and personally. It’s a place where attitude and ambition matter more than titles.
Longer term, there’s clear scope to progress quickly, supervise junior lawyers and carve out your own specialism while building your reputation in the market.
